An Upson County man has been charged with child molestation after allegedly having sex with a 12-year-old girl. Upson sheriff Dan Kilgore reports: William Danny ‘Brock’ Mitchum, 23, of 182 Echols Circle Thomaston was arrested on January 27, 2014 and charged with Child Molestation. Mitchum was charged in an incident where he had sexual relations with a twelve year old female during the summer of 2013. Mitchum is being held in the Upson County jail with a bond of $40,000.
