Paige Nicole Brown, 30, entered not guilty pleas and had her case assigned to a public defender in Lamar superior court Feb. 22. Brown was allegedly drunk when she caused a 3:30 a.m. accident on I-75 here that killed truck driver Alan Scott Percosky last August. Brown, of Chattanooga, is charged with two counts DUI, two counts vehicular homicide, reckless driving and failure to maintain lane.
