Rep. Billy Maddox delivered the keynote address Wednesday at the annual Veterans Day observance in Barnesville. The event, held at the Barnesville Civic Center due to weather, drew a standing room only crowd. The event is hosted annually by the local VFW post and the two American Legion posts.
