(Ret.) SFC Walter Lewis King, 89, of Barnesville transitioned on Sunday June 4, 2023. Funeral services with full military honors were held at Whites Chapel C.M.E. Church Barnesville, Georgia. Pastor Kevin Young was the officiant and interment was held in the Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation with the family was held on Friday, June 9 beginning at 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Trice Funeral Home Inc. of Barnesville has been entrusted with all professional services.
