By Walter Geiger The chamber of commerce is seeking a new chairman and co-chairman for next year’s BBQ & Blues Festival. The event has grown rapidly under the direction of the longtime leadership team of T.J. Imberger and Carl Pruett. Chamber president Marshall Hooks reported Imberger was promoted at work and has many additional responsibilities in his new job. ’T.J. is still going to be very involved with the festival. He would like to pass the chairmanship off to another leader who will have more time to spend at the chamber than he will. But, he will be here to train the new chairman,’ Hooks said.
