Voters in the City of Barnesville’s Ward 4 go to the polls today to cast ballots in a runoff that will determine who will represent them on the city council for the next four years.Larry Whitworth got the most votes in the general election November 3. He is battling in the runoff with general election runner-up Robert Neal Devane.The runoff drew little interest during the advance voting period last week.
