A 37-year-old Warner Robins crash was killed Sunday evening in a single vehicle accident on Hwy. 87. From Lawson Bittick, MCSO: On May 24, 2015 at 18:21 hours, Monroe County Deputies responded to GA87 near the intersection of Christian Road regarding a single vehicle accident where the vehicle was overturned and the occupant was entrapped. The occupant, Jeffery S. Deane of Warner Robins, Georgia, was pronounced deceased on scene after being extricated from the vehicle by the Monroe County Fire Department. Witnesses on scene said that Deane was traveling south on GA87 in his red Chevrolet 1500 pickup, when the vehicle left the roadway on the west shoulder. The pickup then crossed the roadway and struck the ditch, which caused the vehicle to overturn. The accident remains under investigation by Monroe County Deputies.
