What to know about state title game Saturday

Lamar school superintendent Dr. Bill Truby released the following information regarding Saturday’s state championship football game today.Tickets:PresaleCost: $18.00Available-Noon Monday until 1:00 pm FridayLocationsSchools- Primary, Elementary, Middle, High SchoolCommunity-Slices PizzeriaGeneral Admission:Dome Gate (Game Day)- $20.00Tickets also available at Ticketmaster online.GHSA and GAOA passes will be honored at the “Will Call” window at the Dome’s main ticket office (Between Gates A & D) with a picture ID.Game Day Procedures:Gates will open to the public at 10:30am. Please enter through B or Lower Gate C.Home fans are requested to sit on the home team’s side directly behind the home team 30 minutes prior to kickoff. Immediately after the trophy presentation ceremony, home fans are requested to transition to another section of the Dome. Home Team Fans of the next game will start sitting behind their team 30 minutes prior to the start of the next game.Team Recognition:Championship Kickoff Parade-The team, band, and cheerleaders will start the parade at the elementary school.Date-12/13/13Time-1:30pmCommunity-Public InvitedRoute-We will start in the elementary school’s car rider lane, travel on Roberta Drive to Victory Lane, go behind the primary school to the middle school side of the FAC, and back to the high school.Spirit Bus:Spectator Buses-2 Charter BusesCost-$10.00 per personDeparture Time- We will leave Lamar County High School at 12:00 noon.Return Time-The buses will leave the Georgia Dome at 5:30pm.The spectators will leave from the student parking lot behind the gym.  Travelers can sign up and pay in the main office of the high school on a first come, first served basis.  They can sign up until the Close of Business on Friday.High School Student Bus:Cost-$5.00 per personDeparture Time- We will leave Lamar County High School at 12:00 noon.Return Time-The buses will leave the Georgia Dome at 7:30pm with an expected arrival back at the high school at 9:00.The student bus will leave from the front of the high school.  Students can sign up and pay in the main office of the high school on a first come, first served basis.  They can sign up until the Close of Business on Friday.If you cannot make the trip:You can view realtime scoring from the sidelines here at barneville.com.TVLive on GPB-TVRadioLive on GNN Network & 680 The FanSportsmanship:GHSA is allowing their football/outside rules at the Dome.  Please see the rule below:’¨Artificial noisemakers, except air horns and whistles, are legal at football games.
