Kimberly Reagan has a lot of questions and no one to answer them after her husband, Randy Reagan, died October 22 at their Howard Road home. Randy Reagan’s was the third of four unexplained deaths here last month. Reagan says she, like the public, has not heard from Sheriff Larry Waller since he and his investigators ‘tore apart’ her home and left her husband’s dead body in a chair for four hours while they tried to obtain a search warrant. A team of Herald-Gazette staffers also visited the homes where Cindi Sanderson Moore, Dee Dee Glover Phillips and Donna Giroux died unexplained deaths. The sheriff’s office has refused to release information or answer questions regarding these cases.
