William T. ‘Tommy’ Knight, age 77, of Forsyth, passed away July 31, 2014. Tommy is survived by his wife of over 58 years, Cornelia P. Knight of Forsyth; brother, Jerry (Nancy) Knight of McDonough; sister-in-law, Faye Wallace; brother-in-law, Jackie (Nancy) Pressley; nieces, Sherry Hill, Cindy Benson, Kathy Pressley, Arlene (Jeff) Melton and Paula Johnson; nephews, Lamar (Cathy) Dockery, Danny (Tracey) Hill, Tyson (Michele) Knight, Kavin (Kelly) Knight, Larry (Arlene) Wallace, Chuck (Donna) Cox, Bain (Kim) Cox, Brent (Tonya) Cox and Jody (Deven Pressley; great-nieces, Tasha (Drew) Hopkins, Ally Knight, Jane Cox, Brianna Green, Amanda Pressley and Chloe Pressley; great-nephews, Kaleb Knight, Matthew Wallace, Johnathan Wallace, Blake Green, Dalton Pressley and Levi Pressley; great-great-nieces, Riley Hopkins, Lydia Cox and Anna Belle Green; and great-great-nephews, Brandon Hopkins, Anson Cox, Wesley Cox and Carson Green. His funeral service was held Sunday, Aug. 3, 2014, at 3 p.m. at Northside Chapel Funeral Directors. Pastor Garth Forster officiated. Interment followed at Green Lawn Cemetery.
