Mr. Willie L. McClendon, 69, of 114 Carey James Buckner Drive transitioned on Tuesday January 12, 2016. Funeral Services was held on Saturday January 16, 2016 1pm at the East Mount Sinai Baptist Church. Pastor Jimmy Lyons officiated and interment was in the O’Neal Cemetery. Trice Funeral Home Inc. of Barnesville was in charge of all professional services. He leaves to cherish his memory a loving and devoted wife and companion Mrs. Bertha McFadden McClendon of Barnesville. Daughters Ms. Tamara Warner of McDonough, Ms. Sonia McFadden, and Ms. Christy McFadden both of Barnesville. Sons Mr. Travis (Christina) Warner of Griffin, Mr. Gregory (Cherlyn) McFadden of McDonough, and Mr. Jerome McFadden of Barnesville. Fifteen Grandchildren and Twelve Great-Grandchildren also survive. Sister Ms. Laura McClendon and a brother Mr. Harvey (Sandra) McClendon both of Barnesville. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and many dear friends whom all will miss his presence.
