Yost, Clark cases to be heard by grand jury

The cases against alleged killers Jennifer Clark and Kenneth Michael Yost will go before the Lamar County grand jury in September. The pair is charged with murder for allegedly beating Clark’s ex-husband Donald Clark to death with a metal baseball bat last November and dumping his body in a Redbone cornfield where it was found on Christmas eve, 2008. The grand jury will convene September 14-15 at the courthouse. Additionally, a hearing regarding terminating Jennifer Clark’s parental rights to custody of an infant son she delivered after her ex-husband was killed is set for October 21 at 8:30 a.m. Attorney Wilson Bush of Jackson is handling the case, according to a legal advertisement currently appearing in the public notice section of The Herald-Gazette.
